GMEPE/PAHCE  2023 Team

Welcome

The State University of New York (SUNY)-Korea and the Department of Molecular Medicine, of the College of Medicine at Inha University, in Incheon South Korea are honored to host the Global Medical Engineering Physics Exchanges (GMEPE) and the Pacific Health Care Exchanges (PAHCE) 2023 Conferences. This year, with a hybrid modality, we hope that this event will continue to be an excellent opportunity to create ties of cooperation, association and mutual knowledge generation among professionals in the areas of Precision Medicine & Smart Engineering, health, biomedical technology and, biomedical engineering.  

We invite professionals from these and related areas to send their work so the results of their research, development and application projects can be shared in the official languages of the GMEPE/PAHCE: English, as well as separate special sessions held in Korean and Spanish.  The GMEPE / PAHCE 2023 event takes place from March 21 to 26, 2022  and the conference will be held in Songdo International City. A cluster of world-leading biotech companies is located in the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ). Located inside IFEZ, Songdo International City boasts an annual bio-medicine production capacity of 560,000ℓ, which is the world’s biggest followed by greater Silicon Valley and Singapore. Samsung Biologics, and biosimilar producer Samsung Bioepis, as well as over 60 global pharmaceutical companies and R&D centers are all located in IFEZ.

Located about 56 km (35 mi) from the South's capital Seoul, Songdo district is a modern international city which offers a host of amenities including parks, restaurants, concert halls and art centers. Songdo Central Park, G-tower, Canal Walk, and Jack Nicholson Gulf Club, Korea are among many tourist attractions.  The city is connected via bus and metro service to various Seoul districts, including Gangnam district for a “Gangnam Style” experience. 

We are sure that you will enjoy a wonderful experience visiting Songdo and Seoul during your participation in GMEPE/PAHCE and if you can come before March 30^th or stay even after April 3^rd, 2023 to encounter globally most modern technologies and unique sights of Korea.
